This year’s speaker line-up and topics were selected with you, the fiduciary, in mind. Coming from different areas of the industry, our speakers will be presenting topics that provide insight and experience-driven education to attendees, with the goal of better preparing them for their fiduciary roles.

Attendees will hear from an expert in each of the critical areas of plan management. Mr. Chris Thixton, QPA, with Pension Consultants, Inc. will open the conference with his eye-opening session, where he will question the currently accepted ideas of a “good plan”, and examine what critical areas of the plan you should be measuring.

Experts in employee benefits law Mr. Eric Namee, JD, and Ms. Felicia Finston, JD, will offer their perspectives on current legal issues and regulatory updates in our interactive breakout sessions. Each presenter has earned distinctions for their practice and combines real-world legal experience with practical application to provide attendees with significant takeaway value.

Attendees will hear from National Spokesperson with MassMutual Workplace Solutions, Mr. Tom Foster. Mr. Foster will engage in a discussion about the economic and financial value of the retirement plan. He will present strategies to help participants retire, review the current state of the retirement plan business, and look at how to take action and make effective fiduciary decisions that result in positive outcomes.

The conference will open Friday with Mr. Brian Allen, CFP®, interviewing industry research expert Dr. Rui Yao, CFP®, on current industry research findings and her expert perspective of the future of the industry. Finally, we will conclude Friday with two interactive discussion sessions. These sessions will be great opportunities to interact directly with our expert panel and ask them plan-specific questions, and engage with fiduciaries like you.
